Meet the Team
Our team comprises a diverse group of healthcare providers with a strong focus on the Emergency Medical field. Natasha and Kaleb Lachenicht, our Founders and Directors, are dedicated educators with over 10 years of experience in EM education. Initially trained as paramedics, they bring invaluable expertise to our organization.
Dr. Johann Horn, our Medical Director, has a rich background in EMS, having transitioned to become a Medical Doctor. He currently serves in HEMS Critical Care Retrieval and various Critical Care settings in JHB.
Our expanding team of locum instructors includes professionals from EMS, nursing, and medical backgrounds, all deeply passionate about patient care, education, and the field of emergency medicine in South Africa. Whether you’re a member of the general public or a critical care provider, we’re here to support you on your Emergency Medical Training Journey!
