PALS Precourse work

Course Overview

This pre-course component is the AHA precourse work for the PALS course and has been designed to prepare you for the intensive, hands-on learning experience that you will undertake during the two-day classroom course.

Successful completion of the pre-course work is essential to ensure that all participants arrive with a solid understanding of the core concepts of paediatric resuscitation and emergency cardiovascular care.

In this course you will be directed to the AHA website for precourse work and will need to either create a new login for access or use existing access to complete the videos and assessments on the AHA site.

Once complete you will be issued a certificate of completion on the AHA site – this is the certificate you must submit to EPIC EM to be allowed access to the PALS course practical sessions on the dates you have chosen.
